Medical laboratory cell scrapers require sterile and durable welding to ensure cell harvesting efficiency. Traditional scrapers have weak welds between the blade and handle, causing detachment and sample loss. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes scraper manufacturing. The adhesive-free welding process meets ISO 13485 and GLP standards, avoiding cell contamination. Suitable for PP handles and stainless steel-plastic composite blades, the welds have high pull-off strength (≥6N), preventing detachment during use. The low-heat process maintains the blade’s sharpness and flexibility. It supports different scraper sizes (18mm/25mm blades) with a welding speed of 4 scrapers per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks. The welds resist laboratory reagents and disinfectants, ensuring repeated use safety.
