The fan blades of the mine work in a high dust environment for a long time, which is easy to accumulate dust and wear, affecting the ventilation efficiency. The gradient composite coating technology independently developed by Dokdo automatic laser cladding equipment forms a unique micro-nano structure on the cladding surface through the accurate ratio of nano ceramic particles and alloy matrix. This structure not only endows the coating with excellent dust dispersion characteristics, but also reduces the dust adhesion rate by 82% compared with the traditional process through the test by the third-party inspection organization, and realizes the super abrasion resistance of the hardness above HV1200.
