Electric vehicle battery thermal management modules regulate battery working temperature, ensuring battery performance and service life, requiring good sealing, heat conduction and chemical resistance, adapting to coolant circulation and temperature changes. Traditional assembly processes have poor sealing, easy coolant leakage, affecting thermal management effect. DaokeDao plastic laser welding provides a high-reliability sealing solution for PA66-GF and PP module housings, forming a leak-proof weld, with leakage rate controlled below 0.005ml/min, ensuring stable coolant circulation. The weld has excellent chemical resistance, withstands long-term coolant erosion without corrosion, adapting to a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The non-contact process does not damage internal thermal management components, ensuring normal operation of the module. The equipment supports large module welding, with automated production and full quality monitoring, helping battery manufacturers improve thermal management efficiency and extend battery service life.
