The water-cooled wall tubes of boilers are corroded by high-temperature flue gas and worn by fly ash. The service life of traditional 20G steel pipes is only 3-5 years, and the risk of tube bursting is high. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Re Nb heat-resistant steel powder to melt a 3mm wear-resistant and heat-resistant layer on the outer wall of the water-cooled wall tube. The cladding layer can withstand high temperatures up to 850 ℃, and its resistance to smoke corrosion is 4 times higher than that of the original steel pipe, while its wear resistance is 5 times higher. The application in a certain thermal power plant shows that the service life of water-cooled wall tubes after cladding is extended to 12 years, the boiler tube failure rate is reduced from 8% to 0.2%, and the annual maintenance cost of a single boiler is saved by more than 500000 yuan. The in-situ cladding technology of equipment pipelines can operate without stopping the boiler.
