The laptop shell needs to be both lightweight and wear-resistant. Traditional aluminum alloy shells are prone to scratches, which affect the appearance. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Al Mg Si aluminum based alloy powder to melt a 0.3mm wear-resistant decorative layer on the surface of the shell. The hardness of the cladding layer is HRC30-35, and the wear resistance is three times higher than the original shell. Different texture colors can be customized, and the weight only increases by 0.5%.
