Medical ophthalmic dropper bottles require leak-proof welding to prevent eye drops contamination and leakage. Traditional bottles have poor sealing, causing reagent waste and eye irritation. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment secures bottle integrity. The equipment forms hermetic welds with a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s, meeting ISO 13485 and FDA standards. Optimized for PP and LDPE materials, the welds resist ophthalmic reagents and maintain sterility. The low-heat process avoids bottle deformation and reagent degradation. It supports bottle capacities (5-15ml) with a welding speed of 8 bottles per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
