The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses ZGMn13 high manganese steel alloy powder to melt a 3-5mm wear-resistant layer on the pointed rail tread and tip. After water toughening treatment, the hardness of the cladding layer is HRC35-40, the impact toughness is ≥ 200J/cm ², and the wear resistance is three times higher than that of the original pointed rail.
