Hydroelectric turbine runners are prone to cavitation and wear under water flow impact, and traditional stainless steel runners have a service life of only 8-10 years, with high repair costs. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses duplex stainless steel powder to fuse a 3-5mm anti-corrosion and wear-resistant layer on the impeller blades and flow surface.
