Improper temperature control of the rubber vulcanizing machine screw can easily lead to scorching, and uneven vulcanization caused by screw edge wear can result in a product scrap rate of over 15%. Daokedao adopts a "temperature sensing fusion+anti sticking coating" solution, in which micro temperature sensors are implanted inside the screw to monitor the plasticization temperature in real time. The surface is fused with PTFE+ceramic composite coating, with a friction coefficient of 0.09 and a 90% reduction in rubber burning. The coating hardness is HRC50-52, the wear resistance is increased by 2 times, and the temperature fluctuation of the screw edge is controlled within ± 5 ℃. For the Φ 65mm vulcanizing machine screw, after repair, the vulcanization uniformity was improved by 40%, the tensile strength of the product was increased by 12%, and the scrap rate was reduced to 1.8%. After being applied in a certain rubber product factory, the daily production of a single equipment increased by 10 tons, the raw material loss caused by coke burning decreased by 85%, and the screw life was extended from 8 months to 24 months. The equipment is equipped with a temperature closed-loop control system, which automatically adjusts the melting parameters to adapt to different rubber formulas (natural rubber, synthetic rubber), solving the pain points of vulcanization process.
