Motorcycle racing cars have strict requirements for lightweight brake discs and braking performance, and traditional brake discs are difficult to balance. Daokedao adopts a "carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix+metal cladding layer" scheme, which reduces the weight of the matrix by 60% compared to cast iron discs. The surface is coated with a Ni Cr alloy friction layer, with a hardness of HRC60, a friction coefficient of 0.45-0.5, and a braking distance shortened by 10%. For the Φ 290mm racing brake disc, with a cladding layer thickness of 1mm and an overall weight of only 1.2kg, there was no thermal degradation after 200 intense braking tests, and the incidence of thermal cracks was reduced to zero. After strengthening the adaptation of the rear brake disc to the radial braking system of racing cars, the dynamic balance accuracy reaches G1.0 level, and the braking noise is reduced by 12dB. After a motorcycle racing team applied it, the single lap performance was improved by 0.5 seconds, the brake disc replacement cycle was extended from 5 races to 15 races, and the maintenance cost was reduced by 67%. This program has been certified by the FIA Motorsport Association and is also suitable for high-end civilian motorcycles, go karts, and other competitive scenarios, helping to improve competition performance.
