It uses 20CrMnTi alloy powder, and the hardness of the tooth surface cladding layer is HRC58-62, with a threefold increase in wear resistance. The tooth profile accuracy is restored to level 8 standard. By scanning and replicating the tooth profile, the repaired gear mesh clearance is controlled at 0.15-0.2mm, and the yaw accuracy is improved from ± 0.5 ° to ± 0.1 °. For the yaw gear with module 20, the single tooth repair time is only 30 minutes, the overall repair cycle is 72 hours, the cost is 30% of the new gear, and the service life is 90% of the new gear.
