The thrust surface of the extrusion screw of PVC-U pipe is subjected to axial force, which causes axial displacement exceeding 0.1mm after wear, and the wall thickness deviation of the pipe reaches ± 0.3mm. Daokedao adopts mirror melting technology to melt Cr-Mo-V alloy coating on the thrust surface, with a surface roughness of Ra0.05 μ m, a flatness error of ≤ 0.005mm/m, and axial displacement controlled within 0.02mm. The coating hardness is HRC62-65, the wear resistance is increased by three times, and the bearing capacity of the thrust surface reaches 200kN, far exceeding the original design requirements. For the Φ 120mm PVC-U screw, the repair cycle is only 4 hours and the cost is 800 yuan, saving 5200 yuan compared to the new screw. After application in a certain pipe factory, the deviation of pipe wall thickness was reduced to ± 0.1mm, and the pass rate increased from 90% to 99.8%. The daily production of a single equipment increased by 15 tons, and the impact strength of PVC-U pipes increased by 10%. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated positioning fixture for the thrust surface, ensuring that the perpendicularity error between the cladding coating and the axis is ≤ 0.005mm, and is suitable for extrusion screw repair of different specifications of PVC-U and PVC-C pipes.
