After the chrome plating layer on the gravure roller shaft of the printing machine wears out, the traditional method requires chromium removal and re plating, which is highly polluting and has a long cycle (7 days), and the cost of treating chrome plating waste liquid is high. Daokedao uses Ni-P alloy laser cladding instead of chrome plating, with a coating hardness of HRC55-58, comparable wear resistance to chrome plating, and no chromium pollution, meeting environmental standards.
