Recently, the results of the "2024 Mold Industry Innovation Technology Evaluation" hosted by the China Mold Industry Association were announced, and Daokedao Laser Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Precision Mold Laser Cladding Repair System" was successfully selected for the "Innovation Technology List". The selection process lasted for three months, including enterprise application, expert evaluation, and on-site verification, and ultimately selected 30 innovative technologies from over 200. Daokedao's system was selected for its outstanding innovation performance in three aspects: firstly, the development of an adaptive process system that can automatically optimize parameters based on mold wear data, improving mold repair consistency by 80%; Secondly, more than 10 specialized alloy powders have been developed to adapt to different mold working conditions; Thirdly, a remote operation and maintenance platform has been established, reducing equipment failure rates by 60%. The Secretary General of China Mold Industry Association stated that "Daokedao's technology has solved the industry pain points of low precision and short service life in mold repair, and promoted the technological upgrading of the mold repair industry." This selection will help Daokedao further expand its market. Currently, more than 20 companies have expressed their intention to cooperate, and it is expected that the market share will increase by 15 percentage points within the year.
