After the rubber roller shaft of the printing machine wears out, the rubber roller jumps, causing inaccurate printing and an increase in the scrap rate to over 8%. After repairing the rubber roller shaft neck, the roundness error is ≤ 0.004mm, the matching accuracy reaches IT5 level, and the radial runout of the rubber roller is ≤ 0.005mm. Through low-temperature cladding technology, the substrate temperature rise is less than 80 ℃, avoiding shaft deformation, and the straightness error of the repaired shaft is ≤ 0.01mm/m. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated rotating fixture for rubber roller shafts, which can adapt to different specifications of Φ 50- Φ 150mm. The repair cycle for a single shaft does not exceed 6 hours. After application in a certain printing factory, the printing overlay accuracy increased from 0.1mm to 0.03mm, the scrap rate decreased to 1.5%, and the lifespan of the rubber roller shaft was extended from 12 months to 36 months.
