PEEK and other high-temperature engineering plastics are processed at temperatures above 380 ℃, and ordinary screws are prone to high-temperature oxidation and wear, with a lifespan of only 3-4 months. Daokedao adopts Ni-Cr-Al-Y high-temperature alloy cladding technology, and the surface coating of the screw maintains HRC55 hardness at a high temperature of 400 ℃, with a high-temperature oxidation resistance of up to 5000 hours. By precisely controlling the melting temperature, the straightness error of the screw is ≤ 0.01mm/m, and the gap with the barrel is maintained at 0.1-0.15mm. After strengthening the high-temperature material screw with a diameter of 45mm, the service life is extended to 12-15 months. After application in an aerospace parts factory, the number of crystal points on the surface of PEEK products decreased by 90%, and the pass rate increased from 92% to 99.5%, which is suitable for high-temperature engineering plastic processing scenarios.
