After the wear of the cold stamping die concave sleeve, the aperture expands, resulting in punching size exceeding the tolerance and rough hole wall. After repairing the concave mold sleeve aperture, the tolerance is controlled within ± 0.005mm, the hole wall roughness is Ra0.08 μ m, and the punching size accuracy reaches IT6 level. Using Cr-W alloy powder, the hardness of the concave mold sleeve is HRC60-63, the wear resistance is increased by three times, and the punching life is extended from 5000 times to 15000 times. The equipment is equipped with specialized fixtures for concave mold sleeves, ensuring that the coaxiality error after repair is ≤ 0.005mm, and the repair time for concave mold sleeves with a diameter of 10-50mm does not exceed 4 hours. The pass rate of cold punched parts after repair has increased from 95% to 99.8%, suitable for precision punching scenarios such as electronic components and hardware accessories.
