After the wear of the mold runner system (main channel, diversion channel), the material flow resistance increases and the distribution is uneven, resulting in insufficient filling and uneven density of the product. Daokedao adopts mirror cladding technology, with a roughness of Ra0.06 μ m on the inner wall of the sprue, an 18% increase in material flow efficiency, and a 20% reduction in filling time. By using wear-resistant alloy powder, the service life of the sprue is extended to 2.2 times its original life, and the scrap rate caused by uneven material distribution is reduced from 10% to 2.5%. The equipment customizes the cladding path for different sprue sections (circular, rectangular) to ensure a smooth transition of the inner wall. The repair of the main channel with a diameter of 80mm only takes 6 hours. After repair, the production efficiency of the mold increased by 15%, and the weight tolerance fluctuation of the product was reduced from ± 3% to ± 1%, making it suitable for various injection and die-casting molds.
