EV charging port housings protect the charging interface, requiring high waterproof, dustproof, and flame retardant performance, ensuring safe charging. Traditional mechanical fastening has gaps, leading to moisture and dust intrusion, while adhesive bonding has poor aging resistance. DaokeDao laser welding provides a high-reliability sealing solution for PC and ABS housings, achieving IP67 protection grade, blocking rainwater, dust, and snow. The weld has high flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), avoiding safety risks during charging, and high temperature resistance, adapting to charging heat. The non-contact process does not damage the charging interface, ensuring stable charging. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, complying with EV safety standards.
