When hot pressing molds are used in the production of composite materials, the resin is prone to adhere to the mold cavity, resulting in difficulty in demolding the product and surface damage. Daokedao adopts ceramic PTFE composite cladding technology, reducing the friction coefficient of the cavity surface to 0.09, reducing resin adhesion by 90%, and reducing demolding force by 50%. The coating is resistant to high temperatures of 250 ℃ and meets the requirements of hot pressing molding process. The surface roughness is Ra0.1 μ m, and the surface smoothness of composite material products is improved.
