After the parting surface of the blow molding die wears out, the seal fails, which can easily lead to flash and leakage problems, resulting in a decrease in the product qualification rate. Daokedao adopts a composite process of laser cladding and precision grinding. After repairing the parting surface, the flatness error is ≤ 0.005mm/m, and the clearance is controlled within 0.01mm. The qualification rate of the sealing test reaches 100%. Cr Mn alloy powder is selected, with a bonding strength of 600MPa between the cladding layer and the substrate, a hardness of HRC55-58, wear resistance, and easy polishing. The equipment is equipped with a large mold support platform, which can adapt to blow molded molds with a length of less than 3 meters. After repairing the parting surface, the mold life is extended to 25000 pieces, which is 1.2 times longer than the original mold.
