Under high temperature and heavy load conditions, the journal of the rolling mill roll is prone to wear and oxidation, leading to roll jumping. Daokedao adopts Ni-Cr-Al-Y high-temperature alloy cladding, and the coating maintains HRC45 hardness at a high temperature of 800 ℃, with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. Through preheating and slow cooling process, the dimensional tolerance of the repaired shaft neck is ± 0.02mm, the matching accuracy reaches IT5 level, and the radial runout of the rolling mill is ≤ 0.01mm. The equipment is equipped with a high-temperature resistant working arm, which can be repaired on site when the rolling mill cools down to 300 ℃. The repair cycle of the Φ 300mm rolling mill shaft is 16 hours. After application, the rolling accuracy of the rolling mill has been improved from ± 0.1mm to ± 0.05mm, and the service life of the rolling mill shaft has been extended from 12 months to 30 months, suitable for steel plate, section steel and other rolling production lines.
