The valve stem is susceptible to corrosion and reciprocating friction from the medium, which can cause wear on the sealing surface and lead to leakage. Daokedao provides customized solutions for different media: Hastelloy coating is used for acidic media, and Monel alloy coating is used for alkaline media, with a corrosion resistance life of over 5 years. The roughness of the sealing surface after melting is Ra0.05 μ m, with a matching accuracy of V level and zero leakage rate. The equipment is equipped with specialized fixtures for valve stems, which can adapt to different specifications of Φ 10- Φ 100mm. It adopts precision grinding technology, and the straightness error of the valve stem after repair is ≤ 0.01mm/m.
