After the wear of the generator rotor shaft, excessive vibration is prone to occur during high-speed rotation, which affects the quality of power generation. Daokedao adopts 40CrNiMoA alloy powder cladding, with a coating substrate bonding strength of 650MPa and a hardness of HRC55-58, meeting the requirements of high-speed working conditions. During the repair process, synchronous dynamic balance detection was carried out. When the rotor shaft reached a speed of 3000rpm after repair, the vibration value was ≤ 2.0mm/s, which meets the GB/T 755 generator standard. The equipment is equipped with a large rotor support fixture, suitable for different power generator rotors of Φ 300- Φ 800mm, with a single shaft repair cycle of 24 hours. After application, the generator's power generation efficiency has been restored to 97% of the new equipment, and its service life has reached 90% of the new shaft, making it suitable for the operation and maintenance of thermal and hydroelectric power plants.
