In response to the humid and highly corrosive working conditions underground in coal mines, Daokedao laser cladding technology is used to prepare Fe Cr Ni Mo special alloy coatings on the surface of 27SiMn hydraulic supports. By optimizing the alloy composition (Cr: 18-22%, Ni: 8-12%, Mo: 2-4%), the cladding layer can achieve both high hardness (HRC55-60) and excellent corrosion resistance. In the corrosion and wear test simulating the underground environment of coal mines, the wear amount of the melted sample is only one-third of that of the electroplated chromium layer, and the corrosion rate is only one-fifth of that of the electroplated layer. The underground industrial assessment shows that the service life of hydraulic supports treated with laser cladding reaches more than 36 months, which is more than three times that of traditional electroplated supports (8-12 months), significantly reducing the frequency of support replacement and maintenance costs.
