When the screw of a synthetic fiber spinning machine transports molten polyester, material adhesion and degradation problems are prone to occur, leading to an increase in spinning breakage rate. Daokedao adopts PTFE+ceramic composite melting technology, which reduces the friction coefficient of the screw surface to 0.08, reduces the residual material content by 90%, and avoids degradation and yellowing. High temperature alloy powder is selected to maintain HRC55 hardness at a working temperature of 300 ℃, with a screw edge accuracy error of ≤ 0.01mm. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated straightening system for spinning screws, and the straightness error after repair is ≤ 0.015mm/m. The service life of the Φ 50mm spinning screw is extended from 15 months to 40 months after repair. After application, the spinning breakage rate decreased from 2.5% to 0.5%, and the fiber strength increased by 8%, making it suitable for spinning production lines such as polyester and nylon.
