After the wear of the printing press plate roller shaft, the installation accuracy of the plate roller decreases, resulting in inaccurate overprinting and an increase in scrap rate. Daokedao adopts nickel phosphorus alloy mirror cladding technology, with a roundness error of ≤ 0.004mm after journal repair, a matching accuracy of IT5 level, and a radial runout of ≤ 0.005mm after plate roller installation. Through low-temperature cladding technology, the substrate temperature rise is less than 80 ℃, avoiding shaft deformation and repairing the shaft straightness error of ≤ 0.01mm/m. The equipment is equipped with a specialized rotating fixture for roller shafts, which can adapt to different specifications of Φ 80- Φ 200mm. The repair cycle for a single shaft does not exceed 6 hours. After application, the printing overlay accuracy has been improved from 0.1mm to 0.03mm, and the scrap rate has been reduced from 8% to 1.5%, making it suitable for high-precision printing scenarios such as newspaper and packaging printing.
