The sealing surface of the valve directly affects the sealing performance. When traditional plasma spraying is strengthened, the coating porosity is high (1% -3%), the sealing surface is prone to leakage, and the coating adhesion is insufficient. It is easy to fall off under switch impact, and the service life of the valve is short.
Daokedao laser cladding equipment creates high-quality sealing surfaces. The porosity of the cladding layer is almost zero, with excellent sealing performance and no leakage after water pressure testing. The coating is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, with a bonding strength exceeding 300MPa and impact resistance three times that of plasma spraying.
