The guide roller shaft of the printing and dyeing machine is prone to corrosion and wear due to long-term contact with dyes and high-temperature steam, resulting in uneven dyeing of the fabric. Daokedao adopts Ni Cu Zn ternary alloy cladding technology, and the coating is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion for 7000 hours, with a surface hardness of HRC55-58 and a 2-fold increase in wear resistance. Through mirror polishing process, the surface roughness of the roller shaft is Ra0.15 μ m, and the fabric deviation rate is reduced by 80%. The equipment can adapt to guide rollers with a length of less than 5 meters, using both ends to support rotating fusion to ensure coating thickness uniformity of ± 0.1mm. After repair, the service life of the guide rollers has been extended from 10 months to 28 months, and the color difference rate of printed and dyed fabrics has been reduced from 5% to 1.2%, suitable for cotton spinning, chemical fiber and other printing and dyeing production lines.
