After the wear of the taper hole and journal of the machine tool spindle, there will be significant deviations in the accuracy of the machined parts. Daokedao adopts micro focus laser cladding technology, with a spot diameter of 0.1mm, a taper error of ≤ 0.005mm/100mm after cone hole repair, and a journal roundness error of ≤ 0.003mm. High speed steel powder consistent with the spindle material is selected, and the cladding layer hardness is HRC60-63, with a bonding strength of 650MPa with the substrate. The equipment is equipped with a spindle dynamic balance detection system. After repair, when the spindle speed reaches 8000rpm, the vibration value is ≤ 1.5mm/s, and the roundness error of the processed parts is reduced from 0.02mm to 0.008mm.
