For equipment repair needs in high-altitude cold regions or low-temperature workshops, the Daokedao laser cladding equipment is equipped with an intelligent preheating module and insulation system, which can locally preheat the workpiece to 80-150 ℃, effectively avoiding cracking of the cladding layer at low temperatures. The laser power adopts adaptive compensation technology, which can maintain output stability even in -40 ℃ environment, with power fluctuation error ≤ 2%. The device body is made of cold resistant materials, and the circuit system has anti condensation design. Combined with a low-temperature dedicated process parameter database, it can achieve stable repair of components such as wind turbine flanges and cold area pipelines. After testing, the fatigue life of components repaired in low-temperature environments is reduced by no more than 5% compared to those repaired at room temperature.
