To address the challenges of hydrogen sulfide corrosion and wear in oil and gas extraction, such as drill pipe joints and valves, Daokedao has developed a specialized anti-corrosion cladding system. Using corrosion-resistant materials like Hastelloy and high-chromium cast iron, the system employs supersonic laser cladding technology, achieving a coating density of 99.6%. It withstands salt spray corrosion testing for over 10,000 hours and maintains stable performance in high-temperature oil and gas environments up to 120°C. The equipment features dustproof and explosion-proof design, complies with API industry standards, and is equipped with a diesel power generation module for operation in oilfield sites without fixed power sources. The cladding process extends the service life of components by 2-3 times compared to traditional chrome plating, significantly reducing downtime from frequent replacements.
