In response to the humid and highly corrosive working conditions underground in coal mines, Daokedao laser cladding technology is The Daodaolaser cladding equipment excels in the precision mold repair field. For common wear scenarios such as stamping dies and die-casting molds, it employs micro-focus laser technology, enabling precise control of the spot diameter within 0.1-0.3mm. After repair, the dimensional tolerance of the mold cavity remains stable within ±0.02mm. Specialized alloy powders compatible with mold steel are selected, achieving a metallurgical bonding strength between the cladding layer and the substrate of over 550MPa. The hardness can be adjusted to HRC45-62 as needed, effectively enhancing mold wear resistance. The equipment's process memory function allows storage of 50 sets of commonly used mold repair parameters, reducing mold change and debugging time to within 30 minutes. This significantly improves repair efficiency for small and medium-sized mold factories and lowers the cost of new mold procurement.
