The lining bricks of the coke oven door in the coking plant are prone to detachment due to high-temperature coke erosion. The coating has a high temperature resistance of 1500 ℃ and a bonding strength of 15MPa. After being applied in a coking plant in China, the shedding cycle of furnace door lining bricks has been extended from 3 months to 18 months, the annual replacement frequency has been reduced from 4 times to 0.7 times, the downtime has been reduced by 70 hours, the production of more than 2800 tons of coke has been increased, and the income has increased by more than 800000 yuan. The sealing performance of the repaired furnace door has been improved, the temperature of the coke discharged from the furnace is stable, and the thermal efficiency of the coke oven has been increased by 0.5%.
