Agricultural irrigation pump impellers are prone to blade wear and clogging when conveying sand-containing water, leading to a decline in pump flow. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment uses wear-resistant and anti-clogging alloy powder. The cladding layer has a smooth surface (Ra 1.6μm), which is not easy to adhere to sand, and the hardness reaches HRC 58-60, with wear resistance improved by 4 times. The equipment supports rapid repair of small impellers (diameter 100-500mm), with a cladding efficiency of 150cm²/h. The repair time of a single impeller is only 2 hours, and the repaired pump flow is restored to more than 95% of the rated value, providing stable power for agricultural irrigation and reducing equipment replacement costs for farmers.
