Once the cutting edge and cavity of the automotive stamping die are worn or scratched, it will directly lead to dimensional deviation and surface defects of the stamped parts. Traditional arc welding technology is prone to shrinkage and cracking after repair due to uncontrollable heat input, and the accuracy deviation often exceeds 0.1mm. The pass rate of most precision molds after repair is less than 80%.
