The grate of the garbage incinerator operates in a high-temperature and highly corrosive flue gas environment above 800 ℃ for a long time. Traditional heat-resistant steel welding is prone to thermal cracks, and the thermal spray coating is prone to oxidation and peeling at high temperatures, with a service life of only 3-6 months.

The Daokedao laser cladding equipment uses high-temperature corrosion-resistant nickel based alloy+ceramic composite powder. The strength retention rate of the cladding layer reaches 90% at a high temperature of 900 ℃, and the corrosion resistance is 6 times that of traditional welding. The equipment uses inert gas to fully protect the cladding and prevent coating oxidation.

The service life of the repaired grate has been extended to 1-1.5 years. After adopting this technology, a waste incineration power plant has saved over 1.2 million yuan in maintenance costs annually, significantly reducing downtime and adapting to the harsh working conditions of the environmental protection industry.
