The grate of the garbage incinerator operates in a high-temperature and highly corrosive flue gas environment above 800 ℃ for a long time. The Daokedao laser cladding equipment uses high-temperature corrosion-resistant nickel based alloy+ceramic composite powder. The strength retention rate of the cladding layer reaches 90% at a high temperature of 900 ℃, and the corrosion resistance is 6 times that of traditional welding.
