The service life of shaft components directly depends on their surface properties. They are prone to wear and corrosion failure under harsh working conditions, with an average service life of only 1-2 years. Frequent replacement of shaft components not only increases costs, but also affects production continuity.

Daokedao laser cladding equipment solves the problem of short life of shaft components by fusing wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy coatings on the surface of the shaft, extending the service life of shaft components to 3-5 years.
