The general shaft (motor shaft, pump shaft, transmission shaft, etc.) is one of the most frequently used parts in the mechanical industry. It is often directly scrapped after abrasion and corrosion, resulting in waste of resources. The traditional remanufacturing method has limited effect and cannot restore the original performance of the shaft.

The Dow Laser Cladding Equipment provides a standardized "repair+reinforcement" solution for remanufacturing of general purpose shafts. Laser cladding technology is used to accurately repair the worn and corroded parts of the shaft to restore the dimensional accuracy.
