In the process of oil and gas extraction, the oil plunger needs to undergo high-frequency reciprocating motion in high-pressure, high salt, and sulfur-containing media, which can lead to surface wear, corrosion, pitting, and other problems, resulting in a decrease in sealing performance. The traditional electroplating process pollutes the environment and has a short lifespan. The Daokedao laser cladding equipment uses environmentally friendly wear-resistant and anti-corrosion alloy powder, and forms a multifunctional laser cladding coating on the surface of oil plungers through laser cladding technology.
