In die-casting production, the cup needs to continuously transport high-temperature metal liquid, and the inner wall is subjected to long-term high temperature erosion and mechanical friction of 600-1200 ℃, which can easily cause problems such as wear, erosion, and deformation. Traditional material cups have a short service life and high replacement costs. Laser cladding wear-resistant treatment for die-casting material cups has become the key to improving production efficiency.
The Daokedao laser cladding equipment is designed for high-temperature working conditions of die-casting material cups, using nickel based high-temperature alloy powder for inner wall laser cladding strengthening. The coating formed by laser cladding has excellent high temperature resistance and can maintain good wear and corrosion resistance in environments above 1000 ℃. The coating is metallurgically bonded to the substrate and is not easily detached. As a professional die-casting equipment laser cladding machine, it supports precise cladding of the inner wall of the cup, and the coating thickness can be adjusted to 0.5-3mm according to demand, with a dimensional accuracy error of ≤ 0.05mm.
The service life of the die-casting cup processed by the Jingdao Kedao laser cladding equipment is extended to 15000-20000 molds, which is 3-4 times that of traditional cups, and the casting qualification rate is increased by more than 10%.
