The spiral blades of industrial fans are prone to erosion and wear by particulate matter during the transportation of dusty and high-temperature gases, resulting in a decrease in the aerodynamic performance of the blades. Traditional spray coating has weak adhesion, and spiral fan blade laser cladding wear-resistant treatment has become the core solution to improve fan efficiency.

The Daokedao laser cladding equipment is designed for the working conditions of fan blades, using tungsten carbide based wear-resistant alloy powder. Through high-precision trajectory planning, a uniform and dense laser cladding wear-resistant coating is formed on the windward side, blade tip and other easily worn parts of the fan blades. The hardness of this coating is over HRC70, and its wear resistance is 5 times that of traditional coatings, which can effectively resist particle erosion. The coating of this fan blade laser cladding equipment is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, with a bonding strength of over 300MPa and an extended service life of 5-8 years.

The spiral fan blades processed by the Jingdao Kedao laser cladding equipment maintain their aerodynamic shape intact, increase equipment operating efficiency by 12% -15%, and reduce unit energy consumption by more than 10%.
