The sealing surface of the high-pressure valve seat is prone to erosion failure under harsh working conditions, leading to seal leakage. Using the Daokedao laser cladding technology, cobalt based or nickel based alloys are melted onto the sealing surface of the valve seat, with a thickness of 2-3mm. By precisely controlling the dilution rate (<5%), the excellent properties of the alloy powder are fully retained in the melted layer. The microstructure of the cladding layer is fine grain structure, with a hardness of HRC45-52, and its erosion resistance is 5-8 times that of the substrate material. After precision grinding, the repaired valve seat sealing surface has a flatness of 0.01mm and a surface roughness of Ra0.8 μ m. The sealing performance fully meets the API 598 standard, and the service life is 1.5-2 times that of the new part.
