For parts with complex curved surface features such as aircraft engine blades and turbine blades, Daokedao laser cladding technology achieves the formation of inclined structures through interlayer offset control. Research has shown that when the tilt angle is within the range of 0-45 °, adjusting the offset of each layer (0.1-0.5mm) and scanning speed (8-15mm/s) can effectively control the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the cladding layer. When the tilt angle increases to 45-70 °, it is necessary to cooperate with substrate preheating (150-200 ° C) and reducing laser power density (to 70-80% of the normal value) to avoid edge effects and spheroidization phenomena. The maximum processing tilt angle of this technology can reach 75 °, providing a new digital manufacturing solution for blade parts with large tilt angles and thin-walled features. The surface roughness Ra of the formed parts is ≤ 12.5 μ m, and the dimensional accuracy reaches CT7 level.
