The present invention uses Fe-Cr-C-Si high carbon and high chromium iron-based self melting alloy powder as the base material, and enhances high-temperature red hardness by adding 3-5% of W and V elements, while adding 1-2% of graphite and MS2 solid lubricant to achieve self-lubricating function. Using a 6kW semiconductor laser from Daokedao and a synchronous powder feeding system for cladding, the powder feeding rate is precisely controlled within the range of 10-30g/min. Adopting rectangular spot scanning technology, the laser cladding process parameters are: laser power of 2-5kW, focused rectangular spot size length × width=(7-10) × (1-2) mm, scanning speed of 0.5-1.2m/min, overlap rate of 40-60%. The hardness of the cladding layer prepared by this method reaches HRC58-62, the friction coefficient is reduced to 0.15-0.25, and it still maintains excellent wear resistance at a high temperature of 300 ℃, which increases the service life of the extruder screw and cylinder by more than three times, and significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality of the extruder.
