Under long-term high temperature and high pressure environment, the inner wall of the steam turbine cylinder of coal-fired units is prone to erosion, corrosion, and wear, resulting in excessive clearance and posing a threat to operational safety. Traditional welding repair has problems such as high heat input, difficult deformation control, and easy cracking. Laser cladding technology, with its extremely low heat input and precise energy control, has become an ideal solution to solve this bottleneck. By selecting high-temperature alloy powders that match the properties of the substrate, dense and defect free metallurgical bonding coatings can be prepared on the inner cylinder wall surface. This process has a small heat affected zone and can effectively suppress the deformation tendency of the inner cylinder, restore its geometric dimensions and sealing performance, providing a reliable technical path for the remanufacturing of high-end power equipment.
