Laser cladding repair of the inner wall of the cylinder is a systematic and precise engineering. The process begins with damage assessment, which precisely defines the range and depth of corrosion pits and cracks through non-destructive testing. Subsequently, strict surface cleaning is carried out to remove oil stains and oxide layers. During repair, a high-power laser beam is used to melt and synchronously transport specialized alloy powder in a predetermined area, layer by layer stacking to form a strengthening layer. By precise programming to control the trajectory of the robot, it can perfectly adapt to the complex surface structure of the inner cylinder and achieve uniform cladding. After the cladding is completed, stress relief annealing is required, and precision machining is carried out using CNC machine tools to ensure that the inner wall dimensions and positional tolerances fully meet the requirements of the original design drawings, achieving the unity of functional recovery and performance improvement.
