As a key control component in industries such as petrochemicals, power, and water treatment, valves have long faced problems such as medium corrosion, sealing surface wear, and valve core erosion, which can easily lead to leakage, switch failure, high replacement costs, and affect production continuity. Daokedao laser cladding provides an efficient solution for valve operation and maintenance.

Customized coatings for different working conditions: valves that handle acidic and alkaline media are coated with nickel based corrosion-resistant alloys, resulting in a density exceeding 99.5%, and the corrosion resistance is four times higher than traditional chrome plating; High pressure valves are made of tungsten carbide composite powder, with a coating hardness of HRC65 and an extended wear life of 2-3 times. Laser precision is applied to vulnerable parts such as sealing surfaces and valve cores, with a heat affected zone of only 0.1-0.3mm, avoiding valve deformation. After repair, the sealing accuracy meets the standards of new parts.

No need to replace the valve as a whole, the repair cost is only 30% -40% of the replacement cost, and it supports on-site operations, reducing downtime. The maintenance cycle of valves treated with laser cladding has been extended from 6-12 months to 3-5 years, significantly reducing the maintenance costs and safety risks of enterprise equipment.
