The copper pipes of the evaporator and condenser in refrigeration equipment are prone to corrosion and leakage due to low temperature and high humidity environments, and traditional welding repair can easily cause deformation of the copper pipes. Daokedao adopts copper based alloy micro melting technology, with the melting temperature controlled at 800-1000 ℃ to avoid overheating and deformation of copper pipes. The bonding strength between the coating and copper pipes reaches over 450MPa, and the low-temperature corrosion resistance is excellent. The leakage rate of the repaired copper tube is zero, the refrigeration efficiency has been restored to over 98% of the new equipment, and the repair cost is only 30% of replacing the new copper tube. The equipment is equipped with a miniaturized head, which can operate in small spaces of refrigeration equipment with short repair time and does not affect the normal shutdown maintenance cycle of the refrigeration system.
