Traditional stainless steel screw has limited abrasion resistance and short service life; Ordinary coating repair process cannot guarantee the hygiene of coating and cannot pass GMP certification. Based on the special requirements of pharmaceutical machinery screw, Dow Laser Cladding Equipment adopts the food grade stainless steel alloy coating cladding scheme. The coating has no release of harmful substances and meets GB 4806 food safety standards. It can be directly contacted with pharmaceutical raw materials.
High-precision cladding process is adopted for the equipment to ensure that the coating surface is smooth and clean, free of pores and impurities, easy to clean and disinfect, and effectively avoid the problem of pharmaceutical raw material residue and cross contamination.
